  • Are some Performance Tracks downloadable?

    Yes! If  you find a Performance Track that has [Download] beside the title this means once your purchase is complete, you will receive an email with a link to download the performance track(s) you purchased. All Download Performance Tracks come with at least two tracks; Demonstration Track by Steve Green and Performance Track.

  • What comes with Performance Tracks marked as Download?

    Great question! Any Performance Tracks you come across that have [Download] beside the title means you will be able to instantly download them once your purchase is complete. You'll receive an email with a link to download your purchase(s). All downloadable Performance Tracks come with at least two tracks; Demonstration Track by Steve Green and the Performance Track.   • Having trouble with the Online Store?

  • What about International shipping?

    We  ship internationally for an extra shipping and handling charge.   The online store will not handle international orders.  To estimate the price of  your order and shipping charges, please contact us.  Then you will need to call our office to submit your credit card information 615-614-8634.  Thank you.

  • Is this site secure to buy from?

    Yes, the online store is on a secure server like any other online store you might shop at such as Amazon, Target and many other popular online stores. Security is very important to us. We have security measures in place in our physical facilities as well to protect against the loss or misuse of information we have collected from you. If you have any questions feel free to contact us.

  • What is your return & refund policy?

    Thank you for your order.  All sales are final unless a product is defective.  Returned defective product will be exchanged with new product of the same title only. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.  Allow 2 weeks for processing.    Please return defective product, along with original receipt to:  Steve Green Ministries / PO Box 1646 / Franklin, TN 37065.   • Do you offer expedited shipping options?
